Brass Normally Closed Electric Solenoid Valve is constructed with a durable brass body, two-way inlet and outlet ports with two inch (2") female threaded (NPT) connections. Heat and oil resistant Viton gasket. It suitable for hot or cold water, air, very low viscosity fluids (< 20 cst), oils and hydrocarbons, such as gasoline, kerosene, or diesel fuel. It suitable for outdoor use, not for use underwater. Install and use Attentions:
1. When install the solenoid valve, medium flow direction must be consistent with the direction arrow as shown in the valve body, the valve must be installed in horizontal pipe runs. 2. Before installing the solenoid valve, pipeline should be cleaned thoroughly, the medium what crossing into the pipeline must be clean, viscosity<4°E.
3. Front the valve should be installed the 80-100 mesh /filter prevent the valve core be jammed, when the pressure be larger where after the valve, should be install the one-way valve. prevent the medium backflow or cause the solenoid valve closed lax.
4. In using should be regular cleaning dirt on the surface of the movable iron core and the piston, in dismounting should check the sealing gasket at the same time, when found damaged should be replaced timely.
5. This valve is unfavorable use in the explosive dangerous places. When need, please indicate in ordering.
6. Should be install the by-pass device, to ensure the normal production, for the solenoid valve needs change when the failure happens or need cleaning
7. According to the range of values from the scutcheon for choose power supply conditions and control its relay, place the down-lead of solenoid valve in the circuit, when Installing system, no grounding solenoid valve should be grounded, in order to ensure the safety.
