Features of Double-Layer Anti Spark Tube:
1. Outside made of flame retardant plastic, wall thickness 1mm.
2. Inside made of new imported PU raw material, stable quality, resistance of high pressure, climate and high wear.
3. Working pressure 10bar at 23ºC, min. burst pressure 35bar at 23ºC.
4. Operating temperature range -20ºC~+80ºC, recommended temperature range -10ºC~+60ºC.
5. Shore hardness 95~98A.
6. Using on-line diameter monitoring system, tolerance: ±0.15mm.
7. Using imported climate resistant color master. So the color standard, bright and not fade.
8. Working medium: Non-corrosive compressed air, can be customized for non-corrosive fluid.
9. Anti-spark, UL-94 flame retardant rating V-0, rating V-1, rating V-2 can be customized.
10. Apply to the working condition of spark splash, such as jig of welding tool.
